About Our Hub & Support Services
A warm, person-centred approach to disability support — built on respect, independence and genuine connection.
Our Story
Support that starts with listening
Our Hub & Support Services was created with one simple goal: to make disability support feel personal again. We believe every person deserves support that adapts to their life — not the other way around.
We work alongside participants, families and carers based in the City of Melton, servicing Melton, Wyndham, Brimbank and surrounding areas, to provide practical, everyday support that builds confidence, independence and genuine connection to community.
The Story Behind Our Logo
Two cultures, one circle
Our Hub was founded by two people from two different cultures, who came together around a shared belief: that support should feel personal, respectful, and grounded in connection. Our logo tells that story.
The koru spiralling through the circle come from Māori culture — representing new beginnings, personal growth, and hope for the future. The amber trail honours the Aboriginal land we live and work on. Between them, a line of water brings the two together in harmony.
Two halves, one circle. It's how we think about our own partnership as founders, and how we think about Our Hub and the community we serve — distinct backgrounds, working side by side toward the same goal.
This story is personal to us, but Our Hub is for everyone. We're proud to welcome and support people of every culture and background, and we carry this story as a reminder of the connection at the heart of what we do.
Our Approach
Person-centred, every step of the way
We take the time to understand your goals, routines and preferences before support ever begins — and we keep listening as things change.
Your goals lead the way
Support plans are shaped around what matters most to you — not a one-size-fits-all template.
Family & carer inclusive
We work openly with families and carers, keeping everyone informed and involved as you'd like.
Safe, consistent support
Reliable support workers and clear communication, so you always know what to expect.

Our Hub & Support Services is currently completing the process of becoming a registered NDIS provider. We're working through NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission audit requirements across the support categories below.
In the meantime, we warmly welcome plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants, along with private clients — you do not need to wait for our registration to be completed to start receiving support.
Support coordinators and plan managers: please get in touch directly if you'd like to discuss registration timing or specific support categories.
