Our Hub & Support Services was created with one simple goal: to make disability support feel personal again. We believe every person deserves support that adapts to their life — not the other way around.
We work alongside participants, families and carers across Melbourne's Western Suburbs to provide practical, everyday support that builds confidence, independence and genuine connection to community.

NDIS & Funding
Our NDIS registration journey
Our Hub & Support Services is currently completing the process of becoming a registered NDIS provider. We're working through NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission audit requirements across the support categories below.
In the meantime, we warmly welcome plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants, along with private clients — you do not need to wait for our registration to be completed to start receiving support.
